Remarks:
Rivet set. Rectangular-shaped piece of metal which tapers slightly from head end to opposite end. The rectangular shaped end has 2 holes in it; one a slight indentation; the other higher; a 3rd hole about 1/2" higher than the end goes all the through the piece. Originally painted black 3/4 of way down shaft. Inscription along side. Used to set copper rivets with burrs. See Osborne catalog #55, pg 27.
