Dress and Adornment: Daily And/Or Festive Adornment. Tanned buffalo hide with hair left on, seamed down center; tanned side has 40 horizontal quilled strips in red with small section of pale yellow, each strip has 8 small squares of dark blue felt attached to it; bottom strip has 10 red quilled leather dangles hanging below it - 5 have brass bells attached.
