Dress and Adornment: Daily And/Or Festive Adornment. Man's -- Commercially tanned leather, wrapped quillwork in geometric design neck tab on orange background. Shoulder and arm tabs are done in matching design but in plaited from quilled decorations. Fringe along outside edge and shoulder tabs. Leather tabs at each corner.
