Remarks:
Spoke shave, a wooden tool. Metal blade is fit into wood with sharp end next to wood. Ends of blade attachment stick out the underside of handle. No inscription. Leather tab nailed into end w/button hole for hanging. Probably has had handles cut off to use in tighter places. Used to skive leather. Also used by wood workers like a draw knife. See Gomph catalog, pg. 15 for similar items.
