Muzzleloading percussion Kentucky rifle, c. 1840-1860. Half stock German silver furniture and patchbox, double set triggers, back action lock, octagon barrel. Lock, breech, upper tang and patchbox engraved, lock marked, Southland/ Richmond, Va. 1960 catalog no. 241, gift of the above source. CONDITION: Major restoration at wrist of stock. A. gun, B. ramrod. Hole drilled in buttstock.
