Cloth bag folded into vertical rectangle shape with flap on top short side. 12 full rows and 2 partial rows of red, purple, yellow dyed porcupine quills in two-thread, one-quill diagonally sewn. Red feather fluff remnant (1) at color change intersections in quills. Seamed flap has 3 rows of varied colored quill work. Flap and sides are outlined in ½" W beaded strip in sky blue alternating with dark blue boxes with gold center in seed beads. Flap has only 3 remaining sets of 2 metal cones w/ feather fluff insert attached to 1 ½" strips of colored rawhide, with 1 blue seed bead; otherwise plain colored rawhide strips remain on flap with cotton thread. Short leather tie on LF lower corner. Plain verso.
