Remarks:
Strap end punch. Used for cutting scalloped edges on saddles or harnesses. Solid metal tool with arc-shaped sharp blade on a square sided handle. Inscription on back. Related to 1.69.3398 and 1.69.3399. Probably was a half round strap end punch that was hammered and ground down to be more of a flat arc.
