Remarks:
Contemporary weaving by Ramona Sakiestewa, woven for special Wheelwright Museum exhibition with the weaver as its focus, purchased from weaver prior to development of the Ancient Blanket series. Tapestry for hanging, with predominantly soft reds, rose shades forming field/background and several blue, light gold, green and other shades of transverse bars emanating at angles from borders and dividing fields.
