Credit line: Chandler-Pohrt Collection, Gift of Mr. and Mrs. Harold R. Tate. FUNCTION: Ritual and Recreation: Smoking and Narcotics. Deerskin, four finger top with turquoise and red beading on edges. Beaded strips up each side. Beaded panels front and back in hourglass design. Front is pink with red crosses enclosed, blue outline on turquoise ground. The back is green instead of pink and has no crosses. --1986 Purchase. Photographed 2-6-87.
