Dress and Adornment: Daily and/ or Festive Adornment. Vest: White buckskin, V front, 5 button vest with dyed pink mother-of-pearl buttons, overall quillwork in bird, star, tulip and other floral motifs in red, orange, yellow, pink, purple (most faded), faded green and faded blue; some hand stitched piecing of buckskin at center front edges and upper back and neckline, was originaly machine stitched at seams and around edges but that stitching was cut and seams were resewn by hand. First prize recipient at the 1964 Inter-tribal Indian Ceremonial at Gallup, NM.
