War bonnet - purple felt hat; large black feathers, blue plumes and red cloth at bases of feathers, white fur and red plumes at tips; beaded brow band with thunder bird design in red, orange and white on green ground; one ermine skin on each side; long feather quill wrapped in gold and red thread, with gray plume at tip attached to top of hat.
